Held on May 14, 2026, in the serene coastal landscape of Uluwatu, Bali, RYSE PROJECT Vol. 8 shifted our focus from physical movement to mental stillness. Led by Felicia Kawilarang, this volume featured an intimate, guided journaling session. The primary goal of the event was to provide our community affectionately known as our "Risers" with a structured, peaceful environment to practice mindful writing and self-discovery.
A Moment to Pause and Reconnect
In today's fast-paced world, finding the time to be completely still is a luxury. We created RYSE PROJECT Vol. 8 to offer exactly that: a dedicated moment to pause, listen within, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Surrounded by the calming energy of Uluwatu, attendees were encouraged to disconnect from digital distractions and tune into their internal dialogue. It served as a beautiful reminder that true wellness is as much about cultivating a healthy mind as it is about moving the body.

Risers, Writing, Reflecting
The atmosphere throughout the afternoon was one of quiet focus and shared vulnerability. Armed with journals and guided by Felicia Kawilarang's thoughtful prompts, our Risers spent the session writing and reflecting,
-
Guided Reflection: Thought-provoking prompts helped attendees navigate their thoughts, surface hidden emotions, and find internal clarity.
-
Mindful Stillness: The session emphasized the profound importance of slowing down and remaining completely present in the moment.
-
Shared Energy: Even in the quietest moments of reflection, the collective energy of the group fostered a deep sense of support and connection among the women present.
More Than Wellness. This is Community.
Whether we are flowing on the Pilates mat or reflecting deeply on the page, the Ryse Project continues to be a safe space for personal growth. It is about nurturing the mind, body, and soul alongside women who uplift one another.
This is community. This is Ryse & Shyne.
