Shipping Policy

At Ryse & Shyne, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is delayed or seems to be lost, please reach out to us at admin@ryseandshyne.co, and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.



Returns Policy

We want you to love your Ryse & Shyne pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Policy

  • Returns are only eligible for orders that arrive defective or damaged due to our error.

  • Items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, along with supporting photo/video proof.

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all label tags attached.

  • Returns are not applicable for:
    - Change of mind
    - Wrong size ordered by the customer
    - Sale or promotional items
    - White-colored products unless the error is on our part

  • All returns requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

  • Returns processing may take 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with label tags attached.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return in any circumstances.

  • Products with white color are not eligible for return, unless there is an error on our part.

  • Exchange requests are only eligible for size changes (subject to stock availability) and are not applicable for color or model changes.

 

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at admin@ryseandshyne.co with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  • Please pack the items with original packaging, invoice, tags, and label attached. 

  • Please also include proof of unboxing video, photos, and the invoice of the items. Please note that returns without proof will not be processed.

  • The unboxing video must show the shipping label, the unopened package, and the full unboxing process in one continuous, unedited recording.

  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process and check your returned item within 5-7 business days.

  • If we find the returned item(s) in the required condition, we’ll proceed with your request.

  • If the returned item(s) are not in the required condition, we’ll send them back to you.

 

Important Notice:

Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or return requests.
