Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is delayed or seems to be lost, please reach out to us at admin@ryseandshyne.com, and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Ryse & Shyne pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with label tags attached.

Sale items are not eligible for return in any circumstances.

Products with white color are not eligible for return, unless there is an error on our part.
How to Start a Return:

Email us at admin@ryseandshyne.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Please pack the items with original packaging, invoice, tags, and label attached.

Please also include proof of unboxing video, photos, and the invoice of the items. Please note that returns without proof will not be processed.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process and check your returned item within 5-7 business days.

If we find the returned item(s) in the required condition, we’ll proceed with your request.

If the returned item(s) are not in the required condition, we’ll send them back to you.
