1. Gentle Wash Matters

The machine washes cold to protect fabric fibers and maintain stretch.
Turn garments inside out and wash with similar colors to prevent color transfer.
Avoid washing with cotton fabrics or towels, these can cause abrasion and wear.
Remove bra pads before washing to help maintain the natural contour and structure of your bra.
For best results, use a gentle detergent-only cycle and skip fabric softeners, as they may interfere with the technical capabilities of our fabrics.

2. Handle with Care When Drying

After washing, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry naturally.
Avoid high temperatures, as they can break down elasticity and shorten the lifespan of your activewear.
Do not wring or twist garments, let them return to their natural shape as they dry.

3. What to Avoid

Skip bleach, harsh chemicals, and ironing, these can weaken fibers and affect color retention.
