By joining Ryse Rewards, members earn points from purchases and unlock exclusive benefits as they move through different membership tiers.

1. HOW RYSE REWARDS WORKS

1.1 Earning Points

Members earn 1 point for every Rp1 spent on Ryse & Shyne purchases. Points are calculated based on the final product subtotal (after discounts, before shipping).

1.2 Point Value

Each point earned is equivalent to Rp50.000 in discount value, which can be redeemed on future purchases.

1.3 Redeeming Points

• Minimum redemption starts from 500.000 points (Rp50.000)
• Points can be redeemed in increments of 500.000 points
• Redeemed points apply to the product subtotal only
• Points cannot be combined with other discount codes

1.4 Points Expiry

All points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

2. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

Ryse Rewards consists of four membership tiers, determined by your lifetime spending on ryseandshyne.co. Tier upgrades are automatic once the required spending threshold is met.

3. BRONZE TIER

Eligibility:

Bronze status is granted automatically when you sign up for an account on ryseandshyne.co. No purchase is required.

Bronze members receive:

• Access to the Ryse Rewards points system
• 1 free shipping voucher per year
• Early access to brand updates, product stories, and selected launches
• Access to member-only communications and announcements

Bronze is designed as the starting point — a way to be part of the Ryse community from the very beginning.

4. SILVER TIER

Eligibility:

Silver status is unlocked after reaching Rp2.500.000 in lifetime spending.

Silver members receive:

• All Bronze benefits
• 10% Birthday Discount Code, valid during the member’s birthday month
• 3 free shipping vouchers per year
• Early access to new collections and limited drops
• Priority access to selected events and community initiatives

Silver marks your first meaningful milestone — a reflection of consistency and growing connection with Ryse & Shyne.

5. GOLD TIER

Eligibility:

Gold status is unlocked after reaching Rp5.000.000 in lifetime spending.

Gold members receive:

• All Silver benefits
• 5 free shipping vouchers per year
• 15% Birthday Discount Code, valid during the member’s birthday month
• Exclusive invitations to Ryse Projects and selected community sessions
• Early access to collaborations and limited-edition releases

Gold is reserved for loyal members who continue to move, grow, and return with intention.

6. VIP TIER

Eligibility:

VIP status is unlocked after reaching Rp10.000.000 in lifetime spending.

VIP members receive:

• All Gold benefits
• VIP early previews of upcoming collections
• 20% Birthday Discount Code, valid during the member’s birthday month
• Free shipping once every month
• Exclusive invitations to Ryse Projects and private community sessions

VIP is our highest tier — created for our most devoted Risers who are deeply aligned with the Ryse & Shyne journey.

7. TIER VALIDITY & UPGRADES

• Bronze status is lifetime
• Silver, Gold, and VIP tiers are valid for 12 months from the date the tier is achieved
• Tier status is reviewed automatically based on lifetime spend
• Members may move up tiers as soon as thresholds are met

8. GENERAL TERMS

• Ryse & Shyne reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ryse Rewards programme at any time
• Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Abuse of the programme may result in point forfeiture or account suspension
